/ the problem
A proven desktop prototype that needed to become a product customers pay for: real bank statements in, numbers people can trust out, tenants kept apart, subscriptions billed, support handled.
/ what we built
We engineered the full platform: a statement-ingestion engine that reads exports from more than twenty Australian banks and reconciles every file against its opening and closing balances, AI categorisation that learns from corrections, a financial copilot that answers questions about the ledger under guardrails, Australian tax estimates with an end-of-financial-year pack, Stripe billing, and an admin console where the product's own agents handle support triage, billing hygiene and categorisation QA.
