For years we built websites and ran campaigns for small businesses across Australia. The work was good and the sites converted — but we kept watching the same thing happen after the lead arrived. It sat in an inbox overnight. The quote took two days. The follow-up never went out.

The businesses weren’t lazy; they were busy. The owner was on the tools, the front desk finished at five, and every hour spent on admin was an hour not spent on customers. So we started building the missing piece: assistants that answer at 11pm, agents that quote in minutes, tools that read the paperwork nobody wants to type.

That work took over. Today Accentuate is an AI development studio first — and the web design and growth work we’re known for is the foundation the AI stands on. Small businesses are still who we build for most, though the door is open to everyone.

One thing hasn’t changed: we’ll tell you when AI won’t help. Trust is worth more than a sale.
