A point of sale the venue sets up itself

Hospitality venues

Abstract cinematic visual in electric blue and violet representing a hospitality point-of-sale system

/ the problem

Venues renting point-of-sale systems that don't fit: locked-in hardware, no path for website orders, reports that answer nothing, and an installer visit for every change.

/ what we built

We built a multi-tenant POS that venues set themselves up on: a ten-step wizard covering menu import from the old system, modifiers, tax, receipts, printers and staff PINs; a till with split payments, voids, cash rounding and end-of-day reconciliation; kitchen dockets on a durable print queue the printers poll themselves; and website orders arriving on the till to accept, print and confirm back automatically.
